Who is it for?
We are not trying to rival Yahoo!, but we are trying to make it easier for members of SMEclub Community to reach out to their customers, prospects and other contacts. Here are some ideas of how you can put this tool to use:

• Build a contact list of your customers. You can segment them into groups and send them periodic newsletters (customized for each group) by email.  Send them text messages to announce an upcoming event, a product promotion, whatever.
• Build a contact list of your staff and send them SMS at cheaper rates
• After you create an event on EventPro you can send email and/or text messages inviting your prospects to register. After they register you can keep in touch with them with information about the event – venue change, etc. After the event send them messages to request feedback, announce similar coming events, etc.
• If you have a Shopping Cart on MoniPort, you can regularly send email and/or text messages inviting prospects and customers to shop at your store, informing them of seasonal promotions, etc.
• Once you submit an article or submit a quote on SMEclub you can send messages to your friends inviting them to read and rate your article, submit their comments, etc.
